Written on 11/28/2016

The results from PCMag.com are in for the best CRM System of 2016 and Zoho has won!

PCMag.com tested 10 customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions that are designed to help your business manage its customer data, record customer interactions, and more.  Zoho CRM beat out CRM heavyweights such as Salesforce, InfusionSoft, and pipeline Deals across 13 different categories and was the only CRM system that qualified for each and every feature evaluated.

Best CRM of 2016

Businesses need to be able maximize as many available features of their data as possible, and that only comes with using a best-in-class CRM solution like Zoho. Other, more basic business systems systems such as Outlook and Evernote serve as individual islands of data and their access and features are limited compared to a CRM system like the award winning platform Zoho CRM.

Selecting the right CRM system can be challenging. Over 60% of our clients come to us after having selected and tried to implement a CRM system, having only limited success. When evaluating your CRM needs consider having a conversation with AspenTech Consulting Group. We’ve helped thousands of companies understand the factors that are important in selecting a CRM that will work in their company.
