Act! Premium Cloud
This option is for clients looking for a true cloud-hosted CRM with no server installs, nightly backups, and maintenance required. This service provides the option to have remote sync machines with the traditional Windows verstion or Act!. At the time of purchase, you can request to be online-only (with no option of creating remote sync users) to receive a discount.
Act! Premium (On Premises)
This option allows customers to self host their database or use a 3rd party cloud hosting service. This is the traditional windows installed product many are familiar with. Act! Premium is designed for organizations that need to efficiently capture and manage their sales pipeline.
Act! Pro (On Premises)
Act! Pro is similar in basic functionality to Act! Premium, but is designed for smaller work groups with more simplistic security needs, smaller databases, and does not include web, mobile, or API access. NOTE: Act!
