Greg Knapp – Act! Certified Consultant | Act! Premier Trainer | Zoho Consultant
Greg founded AspenTech CRM in 1994 to assist small and medium-sized businesses in implementing well-planned business processes and sales and marketing programs through the use of Act!. Greg became an Act! Certified Consultant in 1994.
He has been an Act! Premier Trainer since the inception of the program in 2002, and he remains the only Act! Premier Trainer in the state of Michigan. In 2012, he became a Drip Marketing Certified Consultant. With a strong background in sales and marketing, combined with successfully implementing Act! in myriad industries, Greg has the vision and expertise to design a CRM system tailored to your specific requirements.
Prior to founding AspenTech CRM in 1994, Greg spent 19 years in customer service, sales and marketing in the service-driven hospitality industry.

Marshall Knapp – Act! Certified Consultant | Zoho Certified Consultant
Marshall grew up with Act! in the family. He started working with his father (Greg) while in high school and became an Act! Certified Consultant in 2003, around the time of his college graduation. Later, Marshall became a Zoho Certified Consultant. Marshall is an expert at asking the right questions to fully understand how an organization will benefit from a CRM solution. He then brings all the pieces of a custom CRM solution together and makes it look effortless to the client in the process. Marshall is skilled in thinking ‘outside the box’ to create practical Act! and Zoho solutions that work.

Maggie Styes – Account Manager
Maggie has been with AspenTech CRM since 2014 and is our Act! Premium subscription specialist, in addition to handling sales inquiries from new and existing clients. With over 10 years of previous experience working with sales and marketing teams in the automotive industry, she has a true knack for helping clients determine their needs and find realistic solutions. Maggie will take the time to listen to client’s problems and pitfalls and is excellent at asking the right questions to determine the best CRM solution for their business.

Phil Woodcock – Act! Certified Consultant
Phil joined AspenTech CRM in 2015, twenty years after founding his company, Woodcock and Associates. Along the way, Phil gained valuable experience in sales and marketing. Phil started coaching clients on Act! 2.0 and became an Act! Certified Consultant in 1998. Phil’s goal is to make his clients and their organizations more efficient and productive by leveraging the power of their Act! CRM system. He succeeds by listening to their needs, customizing Act! to meet their goals, then training them on process improvement so that Act! is integrated into their day-to-day activities.

Daniel Dumas – Act! Certified Consultant
Daniel joined AspenTech CRM in 2015 after a number of years supporting other software solutions. He became an Act! Certified Consultant shortly thereafter. Daniel specializes in new Act! installations and upgrades, system configuration, troubleshooting and database design. He prioritizes clients’ needs and is an incredibly valuable resource for AspenTech CRM and our clients alike.

Wendi Corteville – Zoho Consultant
Wendi came to AspenTech CRM in 2016 with a wealth of experience in all aspects of small and medium-sized business operations, including social media marketing, project and resource management and sales forecasting. She brings to our clients a passion for sharing the many ways the Zoho family of products may be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Kelly Solomon - Act! Consultant
Kelly joined AspenTech CRM in 2017 after many years of practical hands-on Act! administration experience. Having a background in project management and quality control, Kelly has the ability to understand customer processes and custom needs, with an eye for detail. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (DMAIC). Kelly manages our training programs and works with clients to design their CRM systems to fit special requirements.

Theresa Holloway – Office Assistant
Working alongside each member of our team, Theresa wears many hats. She coordinates the registrations for our training webinars, upcoming events, daily client calls and accounts receivable. Customer service is her top priority. If you have contacted our office, you have spoken to Theresa! Prior to joining AspenTech CRM, Theresa gained 16 years of management experience in the fast-paced dental industry.
