Marshall Knapp – Act! Certified Consultant | Zoho One Certified Consultant
Marshall grew up with Act! in the family. He started working with his father (Greg) while in high school and became an Act! Certified Consultant in 2003, around the time of his college graduation. Later, Marshall became a Zoho Certified Consultant. In 2017, after an extensive training program in Chennai, India, Marshall became Zoho One Certified.
Marshall is an expert at asking the right questions to fully understand how an organization will benefit from a CRM solution. He then brings all the pieces of a custom CRM solution together and makes it look effortless to the client in the process. Marshall is skilled in thinking ‘outside the box’ to create practical Act! and Zoho solutions that work.

Wendi Corteville – Zoho Consultant
Wendi came to AspenTech CRM with a wealth of experience in all aspects of small and medium-sized business operations, including social media marketing, project and resource management and sales forecasting. She brings to our clients a passion for sharing the many ways the Zoho family of products may be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Kelly Solomon - Zoho Consultant | Act! CRM Certified Consultant | Act! MaaS Certified Consultant (AMA)
Kelly joined AspenTech CRM after many years of practical hands-on Act! administration experience. In early 2018, Kelly became an Act! Certified Consultant. Having a background in project management and quality control, Kelly has the ability to understand customer processes and custom needs, with an eye for detail. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (DMAIC). Kelly manages our training programs and works with clients to design their CRM systems to fit special requirements. In 2020, Kelly also became certified for the Act! Marketing Automaton (AMA) product, becoming one of only a handful MaaS certified consultants in the world. In 2022, Kelly joined the Zoho team as a consultant and project manager.

Tracy Sorrentino - Zoho Consultant
Tracy came to AspenTech bringing years of training and analytical experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, and education. Her previous CRM design, analysis and training experience give her the skills to anticipate client needs, minimize gaps in the design process, and educate clients on all facets of their Zoho implementation.

Clay Weatherford - Act! Certified Consultant | Zoho Consultant
Clay joined AspenTech CRM in 2019, bringing a wealth of CRM, sales and marketing knowledge with him. Clay’s education includes an undergraduate degree in international marketing and a MBA with emphasis on business process consulting and sales / marketing. He began his career in the economic development space, working with clients ranging from small municipalities to large government entities, implementing CRM systems to manage marketing and lead generation projects. This included overseeing budgets, staff, and contractors relating to those initiatives. It’s here that Clay’s love of CRM began.
Clay’s background in sales and marketing and extensive knowledge of effective CRM best practices is what sets him apart from the crowd of general tech focused consultants. He will help you create a plan, execute it properly and efficiently, while making it fun and engaging along the way.

Theresa Eicher – Office Manager
Working alongside each member of our team, Theresa wears many hats. She coordinates the registrations for our training webinars, upcoming events, daily client calls and accounts receivable. Customer service is her top priority. If you have contacted our office, you have spoken to Theresa! Prior to joining AspenTech CRM, Theresa gained 16 years of management experience in the fast-paced dental industry.

Christopher Mowers – Zoho Consultant
Christopher is a Zoho Developer/Integrator and the team lead for AspenTech’s Zoho Developers. Prior to working as a developer, Christopher worked for over a decade in operations for a large retail coffee franchisee, serving for 5 years as the company’s Director of Operations. Christopher has earned his Zoho Creator Developer certification as well, using that knowledge to automate complex business processes with the Zoho suite of applications. With his technical skills and his operations background, Christopher is passionate about understanding the everyday challenges that businesses face, and using technology to overcome those.

Phil Woodcock – Act! Certified Consultant
Phil joined AspenTech CRM twenty years after founding his company, Woodcock and Associates. Along the way, Phil gained valuable experience in sales and marketing. Phil started coaching clients on Act! 2.0 and became an Act! Certified Consultant in 1998. Phil’s goal is to make his clients and their organizations more efficient and productive by leveraging the power of their Act! CRM system. He succeeds by listening to their needs, customizing Act! to meet their goals, then training them on process improvement so that Act! is integrated into their day-to-day activities.
