Upgrading to Windows 10 with Act CRM

Windows 10 Release

Microsoft announced the release of Windows® 10 on July 29th. Upgrading to Windows® 10 introduces many new features, some of which may affect Act!. As a precaution, we highly recommend performing a complete backup of your Act! database prior to upgrading your Windows® system, even though the current version of Act! (v17) has passed initial certification. Previous versions of Act! have not been certified, but future releases of Act! will be fully tested and supported on Windows® 10.

Since the release of Windows 10 comes after Act! v17 was released, Act! is working to ensure full compatibility with Windows 10.  To help all Act! v17 clients, Act has put together two living documents that may help shed some light on where they are with Windows 10 compatibility.
