When Zoholics 2020 was cancelled due to growing concern over COVID-19, our Zoho clients and team were extremely disappointed. Not only is Zoholics an amazing event, in an amazing city (Austin, TX), put on by amazing people (Zoho's global team), with amazing attendees (all of you!), it's also a fantastic opportunity to connect, network and learn. This was an event we knew we'd miss greatly.
Zoho Inspire Partner Training 2020
Without Zoholics taking place, Zoho took an opportunity to expand what was an already excellent offering for partners like AspenTech CRM, to take partner-specific training and certifications on Zoho apps while attending the annual event. Zoho launched an entirely online training course for partners - Zoho Inspire Training 2020 - covering 16 different apps with upwards of 18 hours of live content available on a weekly basis. While the world was adapting to the pandemic and economies slowed, this was an excellent opportunity for the AspenTech CRM team to confirm, expand on, and certify our knowledge in the Zoho apps you need. We're proud to say we now have 8 different team members holding certifications in various Zoho apps like Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Assist, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator and Zoho Mail.
Zoho "Ask the Experts" Series
Here at AspenTech CRM, we were also "inspired" to help our Zoho clients while things might be a little slower for them, so we launched our own Zoho "Ask the Experts" series of events. Over 8 weeks, we held five different complimentary sessions covering a variety of topics. The goal was to provide an environment for open Q&A covering a variety of Zoho (primarily CRM) topics. We hope you had an opportunity to attend and get all of your questions answered!
Introducing Zoho Skill Building Webinars
On the heels of the Ask the Experts sessions, AspenTech CRM is now launching our "Zoho Skill Building Webinars". These are live training webinars designed to build your Zoho skills, from adding to your core Zoho skill set, to diving into your data with reporting and analytics, to expanding your knowledge into more advanced features and functionality.
