Learn how to stop the pesky Act! phone dialog popup when starting Act!

Sometimes when opening Act!, you may get a popup prompting you to setup your phone settings.  This is an old Act! feature that nearly no one uses these days, so most people would wish to not see this popup when they open Act!.  Note - the underlying feature that is triggering this popup is to be retired in the near future in upcoming Act! version releases so this will become less common!
