Public Training Calendar
These classes are taught by an ACT! Premier Trainer/ACT! Certified Consultant. Each student will receive hands-on instruction, using state-of-the-art laptops in our custom-designed classroom in Plymouth.

ACT! Power User  
Who should attend?
ACT! users at all levels who are ready to improve their skills. If you're looking to really maximize the power of ACT! and increase your effectiveness using it, then this class is the right one for you.

• Manual
• Quick reference sheet

Prerequisites
• Introductory knowledge of ACT! is helpful.
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Class Limit:
8 students

Cancellation Policy:
 No refunds will be made for missed classes but you may use your registration for another class on another date.  AspenTech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with low enrollment. If AspenTech cancels a class, you may apply the registration fee from the canceled class to another scheduled class.

Customizing & Administration
Who should attend?
Either a corporate “ACT! Administrator” responsible for customizing a shared database on a network or a single user looking for a greater degree of ACT! customization (fields and layout) and productivity. This class will review database design principles, as well as tips and tricks for easy customization. Installation and maintenance of ACT! on a network will also be covered.

• Quick reference sheet

Prerequisites
• AspenTech's Power User class or equivalent (discuss with trainer).
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of Windows file and folder permissions.

6 students
