In ACT! 2010, Related Tasks gets you to the destinations in ACT! that you use most often, saving you time and keystrokes. Based on your current view within the database (contacts, groups, companies, opportunities, etc), Related Tasks suggests things you might want to do with that current view. Instead of having to click multiple times and locate something on a menu, Related Tasks gives you a single-click option for the things you do most often.

ACT! 2010’s new quick search capabilities allow users to find contacts in their database faster and easier than ever before. The quick search windows shows on the left side toolbar when you’re in the contacts, groups, or companies view in the database. It allows the user to select any field within the enitity they are currently viewing (contacts, groups, or companies) and it quickly does a “contains” search for the term specified. Check it out:
