The Act! v16.3 Service Pack is now available for International English (French and German availability is anticipated within 2 weeks).
Google Calendar Fix for Act! v16.3 CRM
A significant fix is the ability to access Google Calendar. Additional notes for the Google Integration improvements can be found in KB #38005 Error: “Unable to access Google calendar. Please log in to Google Calendar at least once before using Google Calendar Synchronization.” – when setting up Google Integration.
Act! Service Packs are cumulative. So if you haven’t applied prior Hotfixes you can see what is included at KB #36573 (Service Packs for Act! v16). To download this update, visit the Act! Download Center.
